1. Can I reserve a Ramada and sell my products there?

No, whether you reserve a Ramada or not, no sales are allowed at town parks unless you are invited by the town to vend at a special event.

2. I want to vendor at a town park or during a special event – what do I need to do?

Unless the Parks & Recreation department invites you to vend at any of their special events, you are not allowed to sell food or products of any kind on town park property. Please contact the Parks & Recreation department at 928-759-3090 or parks@pvaz.net and share your service information with us.

3. We have a small group who gathers in the park and conducts activities – can we can we just come over and use the grass area or can we rent the space?

If it is casual/sporadic use (occasional) without fees and charges it is permitted. We recommend you call first to assure there are no other conflicts with schedule use by others.
