      Arizona Public Records Law does not require a person to identify themselves or submit their request in writing; however the information provided below will help in processing your request. In accordance with ARS § 39-121.01, this request will be promptly furnished based on the nature and extent of the request and may have a charge assessed. If the Police Department requires more than 10 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of the request, you will be notified as to the reason for the delay, and if available, an approximate availability date. It is the requestor’s responsibility to follow-up on a delayed request.
