Join us Tuesdays, August 16th and 23rd from 1-3pm to learn how to produce your own podcast in this free workshop! You will pick up new presenting skills, audio recording skills, and editing skills, all while learning what makes a podcast fun and entertaining. Your podcast can be about a range of topics. Chair yoga makes yoga accessible without the worry of getting up and down to and from the floor. We will work on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation techniques. Instructor Lori Wallach has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has experience teaching all kinds of yoga, from power yoga to meditation. During the workshop you will be guided through a few simple techniques as you create your own stunning and intricate mandalas. Together we will learn how we can express ourselves through shape and color and discover all the wonderful ways in which the art of mandalas can add peace and relaxation to your day to day life.
